  • Premiere tickets/e-Tickets are NOT valid for special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings.
  • Surcharges apply to Premiere Tickets redeemed in California, New Jersey, and New York. Regal reserves the right to change or add any surcharges without notice.
  • Ticket redemption via mobile app and website is subject to a convenience fee. Tickets have no expiration date. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.
  • Do not make copies of the Premiere e-ticket; only the first e-ticket scanned will be admitted. Duplicates will not be accepted. The Premiere e-ticket is non-transferable and may not be copied or resold.

How It Works

  1. Buy your Regal Premiere Movie eTicket here.
  2. Visit the Redemption Link and input your Offer Code
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with access information for your ticket. It should contain your barcode and the 15-digit code 
  4. You can redeem the ticket in two ways: In-Person or Online/In-App

 

In Person:

    1. Visit the Self-Service Kiosk, Concession Stand, or Guest Service counter.
    2. Provide staff member with or input requested showtime information.
    3. Scan the QR code (one per ticket).
    4. Select your reserved seating (if applicable).
    5. Review the transaction details.
    6. Take your printed ticket to the usher.
    7. Enjoy your time at "The Best Place to Watch A Movie!"

 

Online or on the App:

    1. Visit https://www.regmovies.com/ or log into your Regal Crown Club account through the Regal App.
    2. Select the desired theatre, movie, and showtime.
    3. Input the 15-digit code on the Premiere eTicket into the "Promo Code" line.
    4. After applying the promo code, you will see where the discounted ticket has been applied. (one per ticket)
    5. Confirm you have adjusted the standard 2D adult, senior, child ticket, or any other ticket types to 0.
    6. Select your reserved seating (if applicable).
    7. Review the transaction details. (There is a convenience fee for any ticket obtained through website/app.)
    8. Your ticket will be emailed (website) or appear in your "Current tickets" (app.)
    9. Enjoy your time at "The Best Place to Watch A Movie!"

  • Unredeemed licenses can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Once your license is redeemed, all sales are final.
